Ok so we are really old fasioned romantics who just love the thought of people getting suprises in the post. It beats virtual gifts and those annoying farmyards hands down. We're here to help you get closer and at the same time guard your real life identity. Its a big step to reveal all your details and maybe now is not the time or you've been hurt too many times in the past? We understand, in fact we personaly know how it feels and that's why we're doing this (ok and to scrape together a living!) So come on and give it a try. 1. We never give away your real life details to anyone and we dont keep them on the computer. The gift will always come from usendme.net so the sender and recipient wont ever see each others details. The shop won't know the real buyer's details either, just the delivery address. Once a transaction is finished we shred all the details (so if you use us again be prepared to tell us again!)
2. It's always best to choose a gift from the country your friend lives in. This keeps down postage and tax costs.
3. If you have something you have made, then send it to us and we will send it on for you.
4. If the gift you want to buy changes price during the transaction time we will get back to you and tell you (Amazon are a bit renowned for this!)
5. Our 5 pound fee is fixed for each transaction.
6. If your gift is more that 50 pounds in value then insurance is mandatory.
7. We speak German, French, and a similar language to the Americans!
